Free Worldwide Shipping (No Minimum Purchase)
We are pleased to offer free economy shipping worldwide with no minimum purchase requirement. However, due to increased shipping costs, free standard and expedited shipping is not available for certain regions, including parts of the Middle East, Asia, Eastern Europe, South America, Africa, and remote islands. For specific shipping details, please refer to your order confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow approximately 12 business hours for the delivery service to update the tracking details.
Order Changes
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us within our order processing time (1 business day) as soon as possible.
Ownership, Terms, and Risk
Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout. Once the package is dispatched, we cannot redirect it. Orders will only be shipped to the address provided. If an incorrect address or fraudulent transaction results in a loss, you will be responsible for the financial consequences.
Note: We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses via express shipping services.
Order Cancellation: Once an order has been shipped (indicated by a tracking number or a “completed” status), it cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery after dispatch, our return and refund policies will apply, and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery and Signature: A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, the package may be held at your local post office. You will need to contact the delivery service to arrange redelivery or collection.
If you do not contact the delivery service within 5 days of the first delivery attempt, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, you may be responsible for return shipping costs and an additional fee for redelivery.
Inspection of Goods: Upon delivery, please inspect your order for completeness and any visible damage. If damage is evident, you may refuse delivery and inform the delivery personnel. Alternatively, you may sign for the package as “UNCHECKED,” which indicates acceptance of the order in its current condition.
Out-of-Stock Items
If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you via email or phone within 1-2 business days. We will provide an estimated delivery time, and if this does not work for you, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
Shipping Disclaimer
