- Orders that are being processed, on hold, or already shipped (with a tracking number or marked as “completed”) cannot be canceled.
- If you refuse delivery after the package has been dispatched due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be subject to our return and refund policies. The original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
1. Return Policy
a) Unwanted Products
If you are unsatisfied with a Dr. Pen product purchased directly from Original Dr. Pen (and it is not defective), you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Conditions for Return:
- The product must be in its original manufacturerโs packaging and shipped securely.
- All accessories, documentation, and certification labels (e.g., UL listing, brand name, UPC code) must be included.
- The product must be free of permanent alterations, damages, or signs of misuse (e.g., dents, scratches, cracks, severed wires, or tampered security seals).
Shipping Responsibility:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a traceable carrier with delivery confirmation, as Original Dr. Pen is not liable for loss or damage during transit.
Inspection Process:
- Upon receipt, the product will be inspected within 5 business days.
- Non-conforming products may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
- If rejected, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to you.
b) Defective Products
If you receive a defective product (not due to mishandling), you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Original Dr. Pen will cover the shipping costs.
Warranty Coverage:
- Within 1 Year: Defective products can be replaced or repaired at no cost to you (excluding return shipping fees).
- After 1 Year (Within 5 Years): You will be responsible for return shipping fees and any repair or replacement costs, which vary based on the productโs weight and size.
c) Artificially Damaged Products
If the product is damaged due to user mishandling or artificial causes:
- Within 60 Days: You may request a replacement or repair but will be responsible for service charges and shipping fees.
- After 60 Days: Replacements or repairs for artificially damaged products are not accepted.
d) How to Return
- Contact us at service@originaldrpen.com or go to contact us page, with your order number.
- We will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them to the address we provided.
e) Shipping in the Return Process
- Use a traceable carrier with delivery confirmation for your protection.
- International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred during the return process.
f) Additional Return Information
- Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
- For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
